Services in Houston

Gutter Cleaning

We scoop out the muck, rinse the downspouts, bag the debris, and haul it away.

Gutters clogged with leaves, dirt, and twigs can't do their job. Water backs up, pools on your roof, and finds its way into walls and foundations. We get up there, scoop everything out by hand, flush the system with water, and make sure it all drains properly. Takes a few hours depending on your home's size.

Houston's heat and humidity mean gutters fill up fast, especially if you have trees overhead. We typically recommend cleaning twice a year, spring and fall. We'll also spot obvious damage like sagging sections or separated joints and let you know what needs repair before it becomes expensive.

You get clean gutters that actually work. No standing water on the roof. No water pooling near your foundation. We haul away all the debris and leave your gutters ready to handle the next rain. Most customers schedule us on a regular cycle so they don't have to think about it.

What's included: Hand removal of all leaves, twigs, and debris from gutters; Flushing and water testing to confirm proper drainage; Inspection of gutter condition and downspout function; Debris removal and haul-away from your property; Written report of any damage or repairs needed.

About this service

The short answers.

How often should I have my gutters cleaned?

In Houston, twice a year is standard because of all the trees and heat. If you're surrounded by oaks or pines, you might need three times a year. We can help you set up a schedule that works for your property.

What happens if you find damage during the cleaning?

We'll take photos, write it down, and send you a report. We can handle some repairs ourselves, but for major work we'll recommend a contractor. You're never on the hook for anything we don't discuss first.

Do you clean gutters on two-story homes?

Yes. We have the right equipment and insurance for multi-story work. It costs a bit more than single-story, but we'll quote you before we start.
